Virginia Terrace of Arlington Heights is a single family home neighborhood containing grandiose homes. The house ages vary greatly with some being built in 1955 and the more recent in 2021. It’s a decent neighborhood to live in if you want nearby nightlife activities, parks, beauty stores and schools for children. It’s a beautiful yet expensive neighbourhood to live in as the median sales average is $815,000 with around 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in each house.
This neighborhood has a surplus of healthy grocery stores, gym/fitness centers, beauty & spas, banks and parks that includes a nightlife of savory places to devour midnight snacks at. People also feel safe riding their bikes out as the area has a high rating that can put your mind to comfort so you can easily peddle. If you’re interested in a center with many amenities, you should visit Frontier Park. It is a community park with events year-long including consistent activities like sports (e.g. volleyball, baseball, soccer etc), walking and hiking path, swimming, ice skating rink and a picnic for eating out. They also are one of the busiest centers because they keep up with and offer preschool to adult programs.
If the arts & entertainment are more up your alley, there’s the School of Rock for musical genius to rock out with little kids to adults together. Their aim as a performance-based, kid-friendly center is to make music fun by providing interactive lessons and programs for people of all ages and abilities (e.g. physical, educational, etc). There’s also a dance center called McDonald Dance Academy which offers classes in varying dance types like jazz, hip hop and tap to special classes for mindful, balance-boosting like yoga and pilates. Their staff's authority is sealed by professionals because of dancing experience and degrees they’ve accumulated.
Virginia Terrace is also not far from the interactive festival called Arlington Heights Frontier Days. It’s a kid-friendly non-profit that normally opens before or within July 4rth offering free parking, free entry and hosts some live entertainment via bands, animal petting zoos, face painting, athletic activities, many carnival rides and more. The food there is also standard ranging from hamburgers and hotdogs to stimulating treats like candy, ice cream and alcohol. The staff apparently also check what is in bags to ensure everyone's safety.
About 3 miles from the Pinegate Highlands neighborhood, Virginia Terrace is north of Oakton Street and east of Wilke Road.

"Wanted an old bathtub in a house I was fixing up turned from bubblegum pink to a normal white. The result was incredible - you can't even tell the tub was ever a color other than white."

I really felt guilty for not giving my bathtub the proper maintenance over the years. Thanks to Arlington Heights Bathtub Refinishing Co. I have been able to restore my bathtub to its former glory! Thank you guys very much!

Call me old fashioned, but I just did not want to get rid of my bathtub and bring in a new one. I like the way that this one works just fine. Thankfully I found Arlington Heights Bathtub Refinishing Co. They were able to help me keep my bathtub, and add more years of enjoyment to it!
